We are using this medium to nofify all University of Ilorin Direct Entry Applicants, that the news report/information stating Direct Entry candidates will be granted Admission last is not official and is not the case.
All Direct Entry candidates are no take note that the school is also recommending not only UTME but D.E students for admission as the processing of admission for the 2020/21 session continues.*
You are expected to remain calm as we have confirmation of Direct Entry candidates that have gotten notification of Admission in Progress.
UTME Candidates are more than the Direct Entry candidates and the school will likewise admit more UTME candidates over D.E which is why, the number of candidates that have been recommended are not as much as the UTME candidates however the University is still recommending D.E candidates for Admission.
In respect to above, all candidates are to note that Admission in progress indicates the school is considering you for Admission and it’s been processed by both JAMB & the school, the board has the right to withdraw this notification from anyone who is later discovered not fit for the given course or process of Admission.
It also indicates that a candidate has been recommended by the school and the Admission is being processed.
All Direct Entry candidate and those yet to see Admission in progress are advised to remain calm as the process continues.
