UNILAG announces closure of physical activities, lock hostels, resumes online classes July 26

To further contain the spread of COVID-19 pandemic on campus, the Management of the University of Lagos at an emergency meeting today resolved at the closure of physical lectures on campus.

A message monitored by LEGITSCHOOLGIST member issued by Directorate of Students Affairs of the University which reads ” To check the spread of COVID-19 on campus, the University senate has directed that all students vacate the halls of residence latest by 12:00PM, Thursday 15th July 2021. No access will be granted to any student after 12PM. The hostels will be locked indefinitely therefore students are advised out at once.

Lectures for the rest of this semester will be delivered with effect as from 26th of July 2021.
