A. HND IN PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING
B. CERTIFICATE IN COMMUNITY HEALTH (JCHEW) 5 credit passes in WASCE or NECO Examination in English, Mathematics, Biology and any other two subjects at not more than two sittings.

DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
A. PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT5 credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science, Chemistry or Physics and any other subject at not more than two sittings.
