SUBMISSION OF BIO-DATA FORMS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF CERTIFICATES FOR THE 2022/2023 GRADUATING STUDENTS
This is to notify you that the Examination and Records Division has commenced preparations for the production of certificates for graduating students* to ensure certificates are available for collection by graduates, _immediately_, after the forth coming 27th Convocation Ceremonies scheduled to hold between May and June 2024.
Graduating students are expected to upload their information in order to generate bio-data for the production of their Certificates on the university website via – _lasu.edu.ng/graduates_certificates/index.php_
This is to ensure the timely production of certificates in view of the large number of graduating students.
To this end, the Division request that graduating students submit the following documents [copy of student’s online academic profile, copy of the duly completed online bio-data form; and attach a white background passport photograph to the bio-data form] to their respective faculty offices on or before close of work on Friday, 22nd March 2024.
Note: Faculties are to thereafter collate and forward these to the Examination and Records Division for certificate processing.
