Lagos State University (LASU) 24th Convocation Ceremony Dates, Award of First Degrees, Higher Degrees and Honorary Doctorate Degrees and Programmes of Events for 2020 Session [UPDATED].
The Vice- Chancellor of the Lagos State University, LASU Professor Olanrewaju Adigun Fagbohun On behalf of the Management, Staff hereby informs all Graduands, Parents/Guardians, University Community and the General Public of the programme of events for the 24th Convocation Ceremony.
The 24th Convocation Ceremony of Lagos State University for the award of First and Higher Degrees respectively has been scheduled for Friday 11th December to Friday 18th December, at the University Main Auditorium, Ojo, Lagos.
- In view of this, towards ensuring a hitch-free process, there will be a dress and procession rehearsal for would-be graduands on Saturday 12th December, 2020 by 10:00a.m promptat the Main Auditorium, Ojo, Lagos

The 24th Convocation Ceremonies of Lagos State University will commence on Friday, 11th December, 2020, with the Jum’ah Service at the Central Mosque, Main Campus, Ojo, Lagos.
In view of this, the Collection of Convocation Gowns by prospective graduands, begins, today, at the various Faculties, Schools and College.
Therefore, the conditions for all Interested graduands who wish to collect the Convocation gowns are:
- They must drop their certificates at the point of collection and when they return the gowns, they will pick their certificates;
- Presentation of Convocation payment receipt.
