2. A total of 163,123 candidates applied for ENGINEERING . Only 68,896 will be admitted ( Federal. State & Private Universities/ Polytechnics/ Vocational Institutes & Military/ Paramilitary Academies )

3. A total of 227,453 candidates applied for SCIENCE COURSES. Only 141,397 will be admitted ( Federal. State & Private Universities/ Polytechnics/Colleges of Education/ Vocational Institutes & Military/ Paramilitary Academies )

4. A total of 239,018 candidates applied for Social Science Courses . Only 97,744 will be admitted ( Federal. State & Private Universities/ Polytechnics/Colleges of Education/ Vocational Institutes & Military/ Paramilitary Academies )

5. A total of 85,264 candidates applied for Arts courses . Only 52,221 will be admitted( Federal. State & Private Universities/ Polytechnics/Colleges of Education/ Vocational Institutes & Military/ Paramilitary Academies )
