VC Addresses Invigilators as BUK Conducts Post UTME Screening Saturday

The Vice Chancellor, Professor Sagir Adamu Abbas on Friday evening addressed over 700 hundred invigilators who will supervise the Post UTME Screening of Bayero University, Kano scheduled to hold on Saturday, 20th March, 2021.

Over 12,000 candidates are expected to sit for the screening exercise for the next admission exercise across the New Campus, Old Campus and Aminu Kano Teachning Hospital Campus of Bayero University, Kano.

The Vice Chancellor urged the invigilators to work assidously to ensure that all candidates adhere strictly to the covid-19 protocols such as maintaining social distancing and wearing of face masks, as well as washing of hands with sanitizers. He further called on them not to allow any candidate to enter into the screening venue without printed examination slip.

He said there are two situation rooms provided on Old and New campuses for any emergency, urging the invigilators to contact them as soon as their attention is needed in order to solve the emerging challenges.
