The University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) after massive protest from students has decided to reduce 10k from School Fees from second year to Final year students but did not reduce nothing for the first year’s fees.
The reduction of the fees is coming just after the Student Union Government had a Meeting with the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Charles Igwe and Assurances were made that there would be reduction in the fees.
Also on the 2nd of December, The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) gave UNN a 72 hours Ultimatum to reverse the increment of school fees by 0% but it seems there Ultimatum wasn’t adhered to by the school management.

From the new school fees schedule above, it can be seen that there was no reduction for the fees of freshers, about N10k reduction was issued to other years.
