This is to inform all candidates offered provisional admission into the University of Ibadan for the 2019/2020 academic session that the Admission Clearance exercise may commence anytime from now as the University is making plans for resumption of academic activities according to NUC’s and FG’s guidelines for safe reopening of schools.
I’ve made a list of documents you’ll need as a Fresh Students for your Admission Clearance exercise according to the documents used for the previous Admission Clearance exercise in the University of Ibadan.
UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN ADMISSION CLEARANCE PROCEDURE
Candidates are requested to bring the under-listed documents for the clearance exercise:
1. Bio-data and Acceptance Fee Forms to be filled online and downloaded from the University of Ibadan Admission Webpage.
2. Original and photocopies of candidates institution and candidate’s copies of the Admission Letter(To be printed form jamb website).
3. Original and 2 photocopies of the UTME Result Slip.(Not the UTME Result Notification Slip).
4. Original and 2 photocopies of the credentials uploaded for the screening exercise-SSCE/GCE/CAMBRIDGE O/LEVEL.
Presentation of credentials different from what was uploaded will lead to automatic disqualification.
5. About Thirty (30) recent passport size photographs, this is going to be used for registration at different points.
6. Original and 2 photocopies of Birth Certificate and Immunization Card. Certificates is used by private hospitals and religious institution are not acceptable.(The University may not request for this, some faculties requested for the Birth Certificate).
7. Two letters of reference from two reputable persons on Letter-Head Papers addressed to the Registrar of the University.
8. Original copy of payment receipt for N 35,000 Acceptance Fee.
9. Two letters of reference from two reputable persons on Letter-Head Papers addressed to the Hall Warden of the Hostel you’ll be allocated to.
Candidates are advised to go online to download, fill and bring along the under-listed forms for the clearance exercise, the following forms is available at https://admissions.ui.edu.ng/

- Jamb Form BOO1 and BOO3
