UNIVERSITY OF CALABAR ANNOUCES DATE FOR HER 43RD MATRICULATION CEREMONY

The University of Calabar has scheduled the Institution’s 43rd Matriculation Ceremony for Friday October 29, 2021.

According to a memo signed by the Registrar, Mr. Gabriel Egbe, the event which will hold at the Abraham Ordia Stadium in the Unical will commence at 10am prompt.

Consequently, Faculty/Institute Officers have been enjoined to ensure that matriculating students start procession at 9am because the Vice Chancellor’s procession is billed to commence at 9:30am.

The memo further states that Friday October 29, 2021 has been declared Lecture Free Day to enable all freshmen participate fully in the ceremony.

Deans, Directors and Heads of Department are to ensure strict compliance with the directive as approved by the Vice Chancellor.

Members of the University community and the general public are by this notification invited to attend the ceremony.
