Sequel to the suspension of the 8 months old ASUU strike, The Management of the university of ilorin has now announced December 15, 2022 for the resumption of 2021/2022 Academic session.
Hence, Newly Admitted students are to get prepared for the physical clearance process as soon as possible, I’ll be listing documents you should get available prior to your physical clearance in a bid to have a stress free clearance process;
LIST OF REQUIRED/COMPULSORY DOCUMENTS FOR PHYSICAL CLEARANCE
Jamb registration slip
UTME result/ Direct entry result (i.e IJMB/JUPEB/ND/first degree)
Remedial result (Applicable to Remedial students only)
Jamb Admission letter
Jamb change of institution slip (this is only for candidates who were moved to another department on JAMB CAPS)
Post utme registration slip
Post utme result slip (print out the page showing your screening score)
Acceptance fee Remita receipt
Admission status print out on school portal (just save the page showing you’ve admitted on the the school portal)
Online clearance printout (print out the page where it shows you’ve been cleared online on the school portal)
O’Level result
O’Level scratch card for verification (you can provide the one you uploaded during the online clearance)
Indigene certificate (i.e Your state of origin certificate)
Certificate of Birth / Declaration of age
Passports (at least 8 with strictly Red background)
Office File ( at least 4)
Note: It is mandatory you make at least 5 photocopies of document 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,13 &14
