The online and physical screening has not been announced, it is important for all aspirants to know this so they wont be caught unaware.
DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR ONLINE AND PHYSICAL SCREENING
The following documents are needed for both online and physical screening are:
- Birth certificate
- Letter of Reference from a reputable Clergyman/ Imam/ Lawyer / Senior Civil Servant, addressed to The Registrar, University Of Lagos.
LETTER OF REFERENCE
- Testimonial from Secondary School attended
- State of Origin Certificate
- JAMB Admission letter
JAMB ADMISSION LETTER(INSTITUTION COPY)
- Previous Degree Certificate ( DE Students )
- Direct Entry slip ( DE STUDENTS ONLY)
- Original JAMB Result
ORIGINAL JAMB RESULT
- Post Utme Result
POST UTME RESULT
- Unilag Application form
UNILAG APPLICATION FORM
- Passport (12 0r more copies)
Other documents needed are :
- Screening form (This will be generated when the online screening commence)
- Toxicology Receipt and test.
TOXICOLOGY TEST
UNILAG has zero tolerance for drug, hence, students are to desist from taking drugs. A compulsory drug test will be done for all newly admitted students. Students tested negative will be able to proceed with the physical screening while those tested positive will have their admission forfeited.
The date for this process will be announced likewise.
Students should also take note of the amount they will spend for all these processes. At least a sum of #100,000 should be budgeted for this processes. The money will cover : Online screening, Drug test, Physical screening (faculty and department registration), School fess and miscellaneous.
