National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) 2019 Batch “C” Stream I (1) and II (2) Corps Members Winding Up/Passing Out Parade (POP) Date/Distribution Of Certificate Of National Service.
The Director-General, Brig Gen Shuaibu Ibrahim has approved Thursday, 15th October, 2020 and Wednesday 28th October, 2020 for the Passing-Out of 2019 Batch ‘C’ Stream 1 & 2 Corps Members respectively.
The event shall be devoid of ceremonial parade as a result of the great threat and danger posed by Coronavirus which the entire globe has been battling.
In keeping with COVID-19 protocol of social/physical distancing, Certificate of National Service (CNS) shall be issued to qualified Corps Members at the Local Government level.
NB: This is to inform all 2019 Batch ‘C’ Stream 1 & 2 Corps Members scheduled to Pass-Out on the above date that they must submit their final clearances from their employers.
For purposes of clarity and emphasis, the Local Government Inspectors are to ensure that Corps Employers sign and stamp such clearances.
Corps members, who are not at their places of primary assignment due to COVID-19, shall equally submit final clearance before the issuance of their certificates, upon return to their state of deployment.

1. Monday 12th October, 2020
a. Release of Passing out corps Members by employers
b. Registration/Clearing of corps Members by local government inspectors.
ii. Tuesday 13th October, 2020
a. Signing of final clearance by zonal inspectors.
b. Administration of questionnaire(form 48) on 30% of the passing out corps members.
iii. Wednesday 14th October, 2020
a. Signing of final clearance by zonal inspectors

1. Friday 23rd October, 2020
a. Release of Passing out corps Members by employers
b. Registration/Clearing of corps Members by local government inspectors.
ii. Monday 26th October, 2020
a. Signing of final clearance by zonal inspectors.
b. Administration of questionnaire(form 48) on 30% of the passing out corps members.
iii. Tuesday 27th October, 2020
a. Signing of final clearance by zonal inspectors.
iv. Wednesday 28th October, 2020
a. Distribution of National Certificate to deserving corps members at Local Government Level.
