National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) Discloses that it is Compulsory for Students to Present their School Identity Card or even O’Level Result e.g West African Examination Council (WAEC) or National Examination Council (NECO) Results before Enrolment for the National Identification Number (NIN).
The Coordinator, National identity Management Commission (NIMC), Osun State, Dr. lda Omolara, has stated that it is compulsory for students to present their identification which could be school identity card or even West African Examination Council (WAEC) or National Examination Council (NECO) results for those who may have graduated before they could be captured.
The Director dropped this hint when the JAMB Coordinator, Osun State, Mr. Babatunde lfesanmi, in the company of other members of staff, paid a courtesy call to the Commission’s office in Osogbo.

She stated that these means of identification would enable the Commission to use the sequential arrangement of names, the actual date of birth so as to prevent incorrect order of names and falsification of age respectively.
She lauded the Board’s fight against all forms of corrupt practices and pledged the cooperation of the Commission for a seamless registration exercise.
Earlier, the State Coordinator had briefed the NIMC Director of the Board’s concerted efforts to eliminate all forms of examination malpractice and identity fraud through the proposed synergy with NIMC.
