The Management of Kwara State Polytechnic, llorin, wishes to bring to the notice of its graduates and the general public that majority of the graduates failed to collect their Certificates after being printed by the institution. As a result of this, the Polytechnic archives is now overfiowing with un-collected Certificates.
In view of this, the Management has resolved as follows:
that former students who failed to process and collect their certificate by 31st December, 2022, shall pay twice amount that is being charged for the certificate
that as from Sunday, 1st January, 2023, all former students who are yet to process and collect their certificates shall be charged twice the amount they are supposed to pay for the certificate.
that collection of student copy of Academic Transcript for all graduating students is now compulsory at the rate of Five Thousand Naira (N5,000.00) only.
that the Polytechnic wll henceforth follow the rule of “NO PAYMENT FOR CERTIFICATE, NO PRINTING OF CERTIFICATE”
Kwara State Polytechnic graduates and general public to note the foregoing information for strict compliance.
