HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY CREATE JAMB PROFILE FOR 2021 UTME/DE REGISTRATION

It’s no longer News that the Anticipated JAMB Utme and Direct entry Application form will be starting 8th April 2021.

Right now, Prospective students are expected to start the creation of profile. Profile are only created via the use of Sms.

Remember Jamb introduced the use of NIN as part of the Registration exercise. Kindly follow the stages on how to successfully create a profile and get a Jamb Profile code.

1. Each Candidates must have gotten their NIN as earlier directed by Jamb.
2. The cell phone used for sending NIN to 55019 is automatically tied to the Candidate’s name supplied by NIMC and it will be used in all communications related to his/her Application/Examination.
3. Write the word “NIN” then add space then add your 11 digit NIN number and send to 55019.
4. After sending a message to 55019, the Candidate will receive on his or phone a 10 long profile code and Registered name with NIMC.
5. The candidate is expected to take the 10 long profile code to the Banks and other merchants. He/she will be given an E-pin which will now be taken to the Jamb accredited cbt center.
6. To retrieve a lost profile code, send RESEND to 55019 as a text message from the same cell phone number
7. The profile code will then be Retrieved and delivered on the Candidates Registered cell phone number.
