College Of Dental Technology And Therapy Bars Pregnant And Nursing Mothers From Lectures

The Federal College of Dental Technology and Therapy, Trans-Ekeulu, Enugu State, has barred pregnant students and nursing mothers to stay away from the school premises, or risk being arrested.

This was contained in a memo signed by the Dean, Student’s Affairs, Mrs. Okafor Ngozi, and addressed to all Heads of Departments and Students on Friday, December 17.

In the memo, the institution reiterated its stance on ”zero tolerance of pregnancy amongst students” and ordered that they visit the College Medical Center to undergo pregnancy tests upon resumption for the next academic session.
