This is to notify the entire university community, especially students who are yet to complete their JAMB regularization to as a matter of utmost urgency visit the Admissions and Undergraduate Records Unit, Room 2 with original copies of their indemnity forms for further processing.
This notice concern students who had earlier registered with JAMB with the name of Prof. M.O. Ologunde on the indemnity forms as Head of Institution. This category of students are to submit such indemnity forms between today, Thursday, August 5, 2021 and Thursday, August 12, 2021 for further processing to JAMB.
For students who are yet to process their regularization and those that have done so but with the name of Prof. M.O. Liasu as Head of Institution, they are advised to hold on until further directive on the matter will be released.
The university is working assiduously to clear all backlog of regularization documents with JAMB based on the new format introduced.
