OYO Government cancels midterm holidays for schools

The Oyo state government has cancelled midterm holiday for private and public schools for the current academic session in the state.

LEGITSCHOOLGIST gathered this information in a circular obtained on Wednesday, which was signed by the Honourable Commissioner For Education Science and Technology, Barrister Olasukanmi Olaleye.

According to the circular, the decision for the midterm holiday cancellation was reached at an Education Stakeholders meeting which held on Wednesday 28th, 2020.

The circular reads “kindly note that in line with the resolve of all stakeholders at a meeting held on 28th October, 2020. the mid-term for the first time of the current Academic Session has been cancelled.
