This is to inform the general public that sales of application forms for admission into Basic Nursing, Basic Midwifery, Community Nursing and Community Midwifery of the Taraba State College of Nursing and Midwifery for 2021/2022 academic session has begun and are obtainable via the school portal.
Sales of forms commenced from 12th April, 2021.
AVAILABLE COURSES AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. Basic Nursing and Basic Midwifery
Requirements:
Candidate must have Five (5) Credits in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB obtainable at not more than two sittings (Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Chemistry and Physics).
2. Community Nursing and Community Midwifery
Requirements:
Candidate must have Five (4) Credits including ( English Language and Biology) in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB obtainable at not more than two sittings.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Application forms fee is N6,875 only.
i. Log into www.tscnmjalingo.edu.ng
ii. Click on “Apply Now”
iii. Create an account on school portal
iv. Use your ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ to ‘log in’
v. Make payment for application form via ATM card.
vi. Fill the form carefully and submit online.
vii. Print your payment slip, Application Form and Acknowledgment form.
viii. The applicants should come along with printed documents in vii. Above
APTITUDE TEST DATE
- Date: The aptitude test will be on 8th of May. 2021
- Time: 8am
- Venue: College premises
Note: Prospective candidates should come along with their original documents for verification before the aptitude test
