This is to inform the general public particularly, candidates who sat for the 2020 JAMB UTME and scored 160 and above that the Federal University of Kashere, Gombe State will run seven new undergraduate programmes commencing from the 2020/2021 Academic Session, The programmes and their admission requirements are as shown in the table below:
1. BLIS Library and Information Science
O’level Requirements
Five credit passes at SSCE in English. Mathematics and any other three subject
UTME Requirements
Any three relevant subjects
2. B.Sc international Relations
O’level Requirements
Five credit passes at SSCE (or it’s equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics plus credit pass in either Government or History and other two relevant subjects
UTME Requirements
Government and any of IRS/CRS, Economics/Commerce,Geography and Literature in English or any other relevant subject.
3. BSc. Mass Communication
O’level Requirements
Five credit passes at SSCE (or its equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics plus credit pass in either Government, History, Economics, Literature, Geography and other relevant subjects in Arts or Social Sciences
UTME Requirement
Any three from Arts or Social Science subjects.
4. B.Sc. Procurement Management
O’level Requirements
Five credit passes at SSCE (or its equivalent) in English, Mathematics, Economics and any other two relevant subjects
UTME Requirements
Mathematics, Economics and any of Commerce, Accounting, Government and Geography
5. BSc. Entrepreneurship
O’level Requirements
Five credit passes at SSCE (or its equivalent) in English,Mathematics, Economics and any other two relevant subjects
UTME Requirements
Mathematics, Economics and any other relevant subject from Social Science or Commercial subject.
6. BSc. Marketing
O’level Requirements
Five credit passes at SSCE (or its equivalent) in English,Mathematics Economics and any other two relevant subjects
UTME Requirements
Mathematics, Economics and any other relevant subject from Social Science or Commercial subject.
7. Bsc. Public Administration
O’level Requirements
Five credit passes at SSCE (or its equivalent) in English, Mathematics, Economics and any other two from Accounting, Commerce, Office Practice, or Government.
UTME COMBINATION
Government, Economics and any other relevant subject.
Consequently, interested candidates could as a matter of urgency, change their already chosen institutions and or programme of study for possible admission into any of the above mentioned new programmes of the University, please.
ELIGIBILITY & ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR FUKASHERE Post-UTME / DE Screening Form 2020/2021
Candidates who choose Federal University, Kashere as most preferred (1st choice) in the 2020 UTME and scored a minimum of 160 points and DE candidates with Credit/Merit pass in National Diploma, Recognized Diploma, NCE or IJMB in relevant areas from recognized tertiary institutions.
SCREENING SCHEDULE & DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Physical screening at various Faculties of the University will be announced later.
Candidates who possessed the above mentioned requirements are eligible to present themselves with the following documents at the venue of the screening:
i. Original and photocopies of their credentials,
ii. One passport size photograph,
iii. Scratch card(s) for verification of ‘O’ Level results,
iv Evidence of payment of Post UTME/DE non refundable screening fee
v. Downloaded/printed online screening registration form.

- Log on to http://www.fukashere.edu.ng and click on 2020/2021 Post-UTME Screening form
- Follow and fill the details as displayed
- Upload the filled form
- Pay the sum of N2000 non-refundable screening fee in favour of the Federal University Kashere through Remita by following the guidelines on the University’s website
NOTE: Both DIRECT ENTRY and UTME Candidates are STRONGLY advised to upload their O’LEVEL RESULTS unto the JAMB website (CAPS) at the nearest JAMB OFFICE or JAMB ACCREDITED CBT CENTERS without which such candidate won’t be admitted.
