ASUU STRIKE: IGNORE RUMOURED RESUMPTION DATE, UNILORIN TELLS STUDENTS, PARENTS

The University of Ilorin, Unilorin, has dismissed reports that it released a resumption date for returning students of the institution.

A statement by the institution refuted the report purportedly issued by the management, that October 20th,2022, has been announced as the resumption date for old students.

“This statement does not originate from the university management,” the school authorities said.

It described the statement as fake news, saying “we are still expecting a categorical statement of strike call-off from ASUU before any decision of official resumption date could be arrived at.”
