The Victor and Helen Foundation invites application from qualified students in any of the recognized and approved tertiary institutions in Akwa Ibom State to apply for their 2020 Undergraduate Scholarship Award.

The VICTOR & HELEN FOUNDATION (VHF) is a Non-Governmental and Non-Profitable Charity Organization which was created for the sole aim of promoting the values of the youth who cannot afford their educational responsibilities by offering them with scholarship programs, to support the poor and less-privileged by providing them with skills acquisition and empowerment programs to developing their talents, and giving financial support for business etc.
Eligibility:
- You MUST be a Full Time Undergraduate in any public tertiary institution in Nigeria. Not part-time
- Only indigenes of Ini Local Government Area in Akwa Ibom State are eligible to apply
- You must have a minimum CPGA of 3.5 points
- Previous beneficiaries of VHF scholarships or other scholarship schemes are not eligible
