1. Ebonyi State – October 5th, 2020
2. BenueState – September 21st
3. OyoState – September 28th
4. Ekiti State – September 21st (October 2nd for tertiary institutions)
5. Ondo State– September 14th
6. Lagos State – 21st September (Tertiary institution 14th)
7. Kogi State – September 14th
8. Osun State – September 21st
9. Delta State – September 21st(Tertiary Institution October 2nd)
10. Anambra State – September 7th
11. Ogun State – September 21st
12. Taraba State – September 21st
13. Akwa-Ibom State 28th September/ 5th October

Please note that Universities that are under ASUU may not resume since ASUU is still on strike. Also Any Tertiary institution under Federal Government will not resume except on Minister’s Order..This list will be updated from time to time as more states announce their resumption dates
